Welcome to Purélle.

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. General

Purélle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone where reasonably necessary, including where fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to display products accurately.

Due to differences in screen settings, lighting and manufacturing batches, colours may vary slightly from those displayed online.

Product images are for illustrative purposes.

Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).

We reserve the right to:

  • correct pricing errors;
  • cancel orders affected by pricing errors;
  • change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

If payment has already been received for an incorrectly priced product, we will offer either:

  • a full refund, or
  • the option to purchase at the correct price.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically create a binding contract.

Purélle reserves the right to decline or cancel orders for reasons including:

  • suspected fraud;
  • stock shortages;
  • payment verification issues;
  • pricing errors;
  • suspected resale activity;
  • abuse of promotional offers.

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated.

Discount codes:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be applied retrospectively;
  • may exclude selected products;
  • may have expiry dates.

Purélle reserves the right to cancel promotional orders where misuse or abuse is reasonably suspected.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

While we work with trusted courier partners, Purélle is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather;
  • public holidays;
  • courier disruptions;
  • incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer;
  • events beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership of goods transfers once delivery has been completed.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Products returned in used, damaged or unsellable condition may not qualify for a refund unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purélle shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses;
  • consequential losses;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business opportunities;
  • delays caused by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with any instructions provided.

Purélle is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, modification or improper handling.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • logos
  • branding
  • photographs
  • graphics
  • descriptions
  • product names

belongs to Purélle.

No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable South African law.
