At Purélle, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
All original packaging must be included.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened beauty or self-care products
Used personal-care items
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we may offer:
A replacement
Store credit
A refund where required under South African consumer law
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
Chargebacks & Abuse
Purélle reserves the right to deny refunds or disputes in cases involving suspected fraud, excessive refund requests, policy abuse, or false claims.
